The question I get asked the most is, “How did the giants come back after the flood?” Scripture tells us in Genesis 6:4 that giants were on the Earth both before and after the great flood of Noah, “There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.”
Goliath and Og were postdiluvian giants. The Israelites warred against the giants for centuries.
The giants before the flood, known as Nephilim, were the offspring of angels and human women, according to Genesis 6. It stands to reason that the giants after the flood were products of the same unholy union, but we must back this up with Scripture. Deuteronomy 32 reads:
7 Remember the days of old, consider the years of many generations: ask thy father, and he will shew thee; thy elders, and they will tell thee. 8 When the Most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the bounds of the people according to the number of the children of Israel. 9 For the Lord’s portion is his people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance.
This portion of Scripture takes place after the Tower of Babel incident. After the council of Elohim confounds the languages, they divide the world into between 70 and 72 nations (the number of the children of Israel in verse 8 is 70). In verse 9, this is the point in Scripture where God chooses Israel as his people. What about the other nations?
In the Greek Septuagint, verse 8 says that God gives the nations to the angels of God. The Dead Sea Scrolls say that God gives the nations to the sons of God, the same wording in Genesis 6. God set 70 angels to rule over the nations after the tower of Babel. The proof of these “gods” ruling the nations can be found in Psalm 82:
1 God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods. 2 How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.
3 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy. 4 Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked. 5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.
6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. 7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes. 8 Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.
Here, Scripture tells us that Elohim is unhappy with how the gods are treating their earthly subjects. Further proof of these earthly angelic rulers can be found in Daniel 10:
13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia. 20 …Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee? and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I am gone forth, lo, the prince of Grecia shall come.
Here in Daniel 10, we see that there are evil angels which are the princes of Persia and Greece. After the tower of Babel, God divides the nations to some angels. These angels, I believe, were physical for a time. Today, their bodies are long dead, but their spirits—the powers of the air—still influence their human bloodlines. When those angels were in physical form as kings, they almost assuredly took human women as wives. As in Genesis 6, their offspring were Nephilim, or giants.

According to the Bible, God destroyed the earth because of man’s sin, NOT because human genetics were being contaminated. Also, in the new testament, it says that angels are neither male nor female, so having sex with women is impossible.
I go by what the Bible says.
Possibly Satan tried to pollute the genetic pool of mankind with a satanic corruption, to put something like a genetic virus to make the human race unfit for bringing forth the Messiah.
So if Satan could succeed in infecting the entire race, the deliverer could not come.”
And Satan almost succeeded. The race was so polluted that God found it necessary to start again with Noah and his sons, and to imprison the demons that did this so they could never do this again.
Also: Matthew 22:30, where Jesus said angels neither marry nor are given in marriage; but Jesus never said angels were sexless.

Matthew 22:30 says that God’s angels in heaven are neither married nor given in marriage. The Watchers rebelled in the spiritual realm and entered the physical realm at Mount Hermon. They were neither God’s angels, nor spiritual after the rebellion – Just as Jude 1:6 says.

I think messing with DNA would be considered sinful & the Bible does speak of this in genesis
If it is true that God killed off the giants in the flood, then he obviously failed in his mission and the flood was for nothing, if you believe they came back.
To Carol – the Bible is very clear that the giants were produced by Satan’s fallen angels.
These had sexual relations with the wicked (Adamic) women both Pre and Post-Flood, as stated in the scripture verse below and HIGHLIGHTED:
“There were giants in the earth IN THOSE DAYS [meaning Pre-Flood]; and ALSO AFTER THAT [meaning Post-Flood], when the sons of God came in [via sexual union] unto the [wicked] daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same [offspring of the giants] became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.” (Genesis 6:4)
God destroyed the giants and the races of Adamic people (who had associated with the giant races) in Noah’s Flood. Only 8 souls were saved from the entire world’s population.
However, in the period following Noah’s Flood, God required His people to destroy the giants with His assistance:
“And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of THE GIANTS: and we were in our own sight AS GRASSHOPPERS, and so we were in their sight.” (Numbers 13:33)
“For he [David] did put his life in his hand, and slew the Philistine [Goliath the Giant], and the Lord wrought a great salvation [through His faithful servants] for all Israel…” (1 Samuel 19:5)
“THESE WERE BORN UNTO THE GIANT in Gath; and they fell by THE HAND OF DAVID, and by THE HAND OF HIS SERVANTS.” (1 Chronicles 20:8)
In conclusion, I disagree with what Micah Van Huss says in regards to Psalm 82:6, which was:
“…6 I have said, YE ARE GODS; and all of you are children of the most High…”
This verse referring to “YE ARE GODS” has this meaning:
All judges on the Earth who rule “righteously and honestly” for God could be termed children of God. This was particularly true for the judges in Israel.
On the contrary, any judge who proved they were dishonest and corrupt (i.e. they took bribes, etc.) were guilty of sinful practices as described in Psalm 82 verses 2, 5 and 7.
It is because of their corruption that they prove themselves not qualified as true judges or children of God. The verses in Psalm 82 have nothing to do with the giant races.
Jesus recognised this fact by referring to Psalm 82:67 by saying:
“Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, YE ARE GODS [meaning, the priesthood being Israel’s judges]?” (John 10:34)
Further reference to this can be found in 1 John 2:29; 1 John 3:5-10; 1 John 5:18; 2 Cor. 5:17-18.

God did not fail His mission. The Nephilim corrupted creation. Gods mission was to cleanse the corrupted Earth. The giants went to war before the flood and killed each other off.
Mankind failed God after the flood (through Nimrod mostly). Satan is at work and has warred against God since at least the Garden of Eden.

It just said angels do not marry. It does not mention their gender either. Angels can appear as either male or female since they are “spirits.” Any rookie Deliverance Minister” will tell you there are fallen angels that have sex with humans called an incubus or succubus.
